Impressive service overall, although a couple of staff members weren't very welcoming. The room was awesome and super spacious, it even had an ironing board, a baby cot, and high ceilings. 🌟

During my recent transit in Kuala Lumpur, I had the opportunity to stay at M Resort & Hotel. Although my stay was brief, I was impressed with two features in particular. the hotel's convenient location near the airport was a major plus for a frequent traveler like myself. With Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah airport just 18 km away and the nearest airport only 30 km away, it was incredibly convenient for me to catch my connecting flight without any hassle. I appreciated the comfort and amenities provided in the hotel room. It was well-maintained, clean, and equipped with everything I needed to make my short stay enjoyable.
The check-in process was quite slow, taking more than two hours to complete.
